  This t-mobile is great! Have always enjoyed the staff and never had a complaint. Unfortunately I ran into a shady sales associate, Trina Larose. She was pleasant and informative, took care of what I needed. But when I left T-mobile I received a message saying there was a monthly service added to my bill. I then asked Trina if she added it and she said yes it was to cover the "shipping cost" of my phone and I could cancel the payment any time! What?!? Mind you my phone is under warranty and recall so if there are any shipping cost I shouldn't be taking care of it the phone company should. I then called t-mobile customer service directly and got it fixed. Like I said I have met plenty of sales associates there Ashley and Matt are great! but I just wanted to forewarn anyone if you come across Trina, just make sure you double check every fee she will try to incur.
