  When the assistant manager is there it's horrible service!! He is always rude and never helps you properly!! I don't even know how he got the job. He is a non people person. Always had a rude look on his face like he is better then what he does for employment and better than his customers!! When the manager is there my service is SPECTACULAR he is always on point and if always very helpful and friendly!! It wasn't for the assistant manager I'd be giving 5 STARS because of the manager!!!

  Was behind an elderly gentleman who was upset he paid $2 for a half cup of coffee. The employee was talking back and started arguing with the customer. They went back and forth and the elderly man called the employee an A--hole and the employee very loudly called the man an A--hole as the customer walked away. the employee then proceeded to tell me about the man and his "antics" when he comes in. It was quite the experience seeing an employee argue with the customer. Should not have happened. The employee needs retraining or an anger management intervention. Coming from the service industry i understand customers can drive you nuts but never should an argument ensue like it did. I will probably drive a little further to get my morning red bull from now on.
