  I just took the conversation personally when I called here looking for a certain parts and the O'Reilly's worker told me there was no such part on that truck while I'm sitting there staring at it and looked it up on the internet to make sure I was asking for the part by the right name. But this gentleman basically said when I learn more about what I'm talking about, give him a call back. Well 2yrs of tech school and working on cars all my life, I think I know what a vacuum Reservoir is. I have tried to give this place some buisness but it just seems like there employees don't care, so I'll go the extra mile to not be insulated by miserable arrogant people!!!
