  I went here with my bridesmaids to look for dresses. Some of the worst customer service I've seen. It's a shame because the store is quite nice with a good selection, and we actually found our bridesmaid dress here. However, because of how we were treated, we will be taking our business elsewhere. We went to take a picture of the tag for a dress we liked, and next thing we know one of the store associates was yelling at us. Apparently, they don't let you take pictures of dress tags. At this point the associate had already told us the designer of the dress so it's a pretty easy Google search to find the dress online and competitor pricing. We were able to find the dress for $44 cheaper at Bella Bridesmaids, $39 cheaper at CiCi's Bridal Boutique and $60 cheaper through an online retailer. But the worst part of our experience was when one of the girls in my party was talking about wanting to lose weight before the wedding, and the sales associate made a nasty comment about her not being able to lose that much weight before the wedding. I understand providing a realistic view point to your clients, but tone and delivery are of the utmost importance when communicating something like that.

  Love the staff, and the place itself is stunning!!! 2nd Place I went, and even though they have a huge variety of beautiful dresses, the 1st dress I tried on there was my dream dress!! They knew exactly what I wanted and helped to make my special day such a beautiful one. Everything went so smooth and perfect and in such a timely manor I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Since, I have sent numerous friends and will continue to do so! Thank you Nikki’s glitz and glam!!
