After starting the job, I had to call many times to get them to finish. We still have as many pests as we did before. Their excuse is that we have a pet door. We had a pet door during the site inspection. The customer service is horrible. The follow up is horrible. The guarantee is a RIP OFF. Overal one of the worst companies I have ever worked with.
